Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Check the seller's other listings and ratings. Verified sellers have a badge.

Is it safe to pay in advance?

No. Never send money before you have the item, including for delivery. This is how nearly every scam works.

What is Pay on Delivery?

Sellers will be able to offer Pay on Delivery in an upcoming update, so buyers pay when the item arrives. Delivery fees will be held by Ozbon and released only after delivery is confirmed.

Report the listing or the seller from the app. Every report is reviewed. Contact support@ozbon.ng.

How do I post an ad?

Tap Sell, pick a category, add photos, fill in the details, set your location, and submit.

How long until my ad appears?

It is reviewed by a person first, usually within a few hours. You get a notification when it is approved.

Common reasons: photos taken from the internet, missing or misleading details, prohibited items, or the wrong category.

How long does an ad stay live?

Ads stay live for 90 days, then expire. You can relist them from My Ads.

Yes. Edit from My Ads. Because every listing is reviewed, an edited ad goes back for a quick review before it is live again.

Good photos, a searchable title, a fair price, and quick replies. Paid promotion will also be available.

Will Ozbon ever ask for my BVN, OTP or bank password?

Never. Anyone who asks for your BVN, OTP, or bank password is not from Ozbon.
